Once upon a time, in a quiet little pond, there lived a young duck named Dodo. Unlike the other ducks, who were happy to swim in circles all day, Dodo was full of curiosity. He always asked questions like,
“Why is the sky blue?”
“Where does the river go?”
“Can ducks ever touch the clouds?”
One day, Dodo noticed the river flowing out of the pond. While the other ducks warned him not to go too far, Dodo decided to follow the river. Along the way, he met a turtle who taught him patience, a frog who taught him how to leap forward without fear, and a wise old heron who told him,
“Sometimes, the best adventures happen when you dare to paddle a little farther.”
When Dodo finally returned to the pond, he wasn’t just the curious little duck anymore—he was the duck with stories. All the other ducks gathered around to listen to his adventures, and for the first time, Dodo felt proud of being different.
From then on, whenever he looked at the clouds, he didn’t wonder if he could reach them—he smiled, because he knew he was already on his own way there.
