Salem sleeps in her Palace of Apathy. Ozpin is obsolete. The world of Remnant, abandoned by its gods, exists, thrives, survives, or falls based off of the contribution of its inhabitants, and them alone. In the shadows of the world, criminal organizations, bandits, and even cults to the grimm rise up as challenges for the next generation of hunters and heroes.
Play as Hunters, Students, Instructors, or Villains. Craft your own stories and run your own missions and events -or get a moderator to run missions for you. Collaborate with players, and make friends!

At first, it was a dream. Shadowclan paid the price for its negligence. Then, the others came into toll. They fought even when the stars protested. They killed eachother even when their people were begging for mercy. They jumped at eachother throats until the only thing that was left in its wake was defeaning silence.
War is what kits are born into. War is what those kits grew into and woke up to. A cat no older than 18 moons would wake up and realize there was no leader—deputy, mothers, fathers, grandparents, medicine cats.
There was no guidance. The question lingered, "What now?" Then another, "Is it over?" Yet, how could it be? Who decides if war is over? A leader, of course but there was none although how could a leader decide the war—a war—is over and that is the fact:
War is never easy because it is never over.
An Hour Before Dawn is an intense, player-driven, semi-lit TEXT RP that focuses on famine, disease, impactful decision making, character stories and more.
[Insight Into Our Server]
Our server is active with helpful and welcoming staff. We have monthly sessions provided with a custom schedule and the only sessions are all clan sessions which include quests that utilize intractable npcs and prompts, weather reports, and specific goals that the clans must meet before the session ends in order to drive the plot forward.
Recently we’ve created an incredibly simple rolling and hunger system. We have a patrolling system that allows you to interact with your territory and the danger in that area, 3 step hunting, a realistic and randomized injury with severity levels, healing, and gathering system.*
Session times ⏳ ⟢ have begun — all 2 weeks + every wed quests

- Be at least 14 or older
- Have an account that is at least 3 weeks old

This world is meant to be learned about as you interact with it, but one thing is that it is connected to Ideyar, the Tree of Existence (The Seed of Redemption Server), and will have cameos from characters in that server.
Now, like the Caretaker, Roots of Ideyar, would say… The Producer welcomes you with open arms!

The race of Man is dying and there's no stopping it, they are an old bitch who cannot birth any more pups. The Ashen Ones saw this and knew that they must conceive some sort of plan to keep Man from truly dying. One of their ideas stood out the most and it was absolutely impossible, a complete fool's errand; create new races from the blood of Man. The oldest Ashen One, a man who's skin looked like it would blow off from a strong gust of wind and leave nothing but his robe, stepped forward, "We cannot survive, but we may yet live. Live through those we create." And so it was done, the Order of Ash sent out their strongest swords and their sharpest minds to look for the secrets to creating life. No-one knows to this day what they found or how the Ashen Ones created life but here you are, whether you're from some old slum or a poncy court, here you are.
