THE SOLAR CITIES!
The Solar Cities is a 13+ RP server
A modern AU based on the cartoon "Solarballs!"
Velo City is a lively, luxurious city. It's located next to a large river, which provides ample fishing business and trade routes, and offers a beautiful view of the high-rises across the city. The Mayor of the city, Sol, has been elected for multiple consecutive years. While he has clearly helped improve the city, he still isn't incredibly popular. While Velo City is a great city during the day, at night the crime rate is similar to New York. This, along with the law enforcement being oblivious to the crime, contributes to the large number of people leaving. The average person living in Velo City usually has an office job, a high-ranking position in a firm, or is a business owner. Most people also live comfortably in high-rises, penthouses, or lofts. Ironvale is a larger, darker area which is not far from Velo City. It's farther from the river and doesn't have any skyscrapers, unlike Velo City. Most jobs are on assembly lines, in welding, or in law enforcement or government. The elected official, SIMP, is more feared than admired. SIMP has improved Ironvale, but rather than improve infrastructure and the economy like Helios has, she's rather put majority of her resources into law enforcement. Because of this, the crime in Ironvale is practically nonexistent.
Ironvale gets dangerous at night. Not because of the crime, but rather because of the police. The average person in Ironvale works as a laborer. They live in smaller areas, like walk-ups, townhouses, and co-ops.
