𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗
The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is a federal law enforcement agency that operates on Red Dead Online. The USMS is an agency within the U.S. Department of Justice, operating under the direction of the Attorney General, but serves as the enforcement arm of the United States federal courts to ensure the effective operation of the judiciary and integrity of the Constitution. It is the oldest U.S. federal law enforcement agency, created by the Judiciary Act of 1789 during the presidency of George Washington as the "Office of the United States Marshal".
The main goals of the USMS are to improve our Online communities by making them safer, more enjoyable and less toxic for others. The USMS is non-CvC, meaning we do not engage in official conflict/wars with other crews, however we do engage in PvP during random/planned in-game encounters. In certain circumstances the USMS will support other crews in conflicts as long as it is in the best interests of the RDO community.
Our lawmen will mainly focus on the tasks below, however also commit to other activities.

The Marshals Service carries out a wide range of day-to-day duties throughout all five territories and Indian reservations. Our duties include:
• Enforcing federal law throughout the territories
• Apprehending and arresting wanted felons
• Preventing & investigating crime
• Escorting & protecting officials
• Protecting federal judiciary buildings and other government property
• Transporting prisoners
• Anti-poaching
• Regulating businesses
• Executing warrants
• Carrying out sentences assigned by the court
• Assisting state & local law enforcement
• Escorting prisoners across state lines
• Putting down riots, civil unrest and shootouts
• Locking down territories, cities and towns for manhunts
• And more!
