Welcome to The Lock-In Lab.
I’m assembling a small, committed team (2–4 people) to build a Private Equity venture from the ground up, with a long-term objective of scaling to $100M+.
We will begin with no upfront capital, focusing instead on strategy, execution, and disciplined learning:
Discuss → Plan → Execute.
The vision is to form a globally diverse team, with members from different regions/continents. I currently have minimal knowledge and no formal experience, and while prior experience is welcome, it is not a requirement. The emphasis is on learning together, growing together, and building from zero.
This will involve challenges and uncertainty. Commitment is essential.
