• Play real football — no cheese, no glitch abusing
• Mix up plays & formations (don’t spam the same plays)
• No unnecessary stat padding or running up score
• Realistic QB movement (scramble ok, but no sideline sprint cheese)
• Reasonable 4th down attempts only (football logic applies)
• Chew clock only when appropriate late in game

• No quitting games
• If disconnect happens, communicate & restart fairly
• Respect opponents — trash talk ok, harassment not
• No exploiting bugs/glitches/meta loopholes

• Be active & responsive
• Communicate with opponents
• League advances automatically every 12 hours

• No tanking
• Trades must be fair & realistic
• 2 CPU trades max (resets daily)
• No unrealistic position swaps unless approved
