The Pyramid Scheme
Welcome, this is a pagan community for anyone who wants to learn or contribute. You will also learn about magic and polytheism. Everyone is welcome regardless of politics and religion as long as you follow the rules.
• This server doesn’t tolerate outside drama.
• Avoid causing confusion Keep messages useful and concise to avoid spamming.
• Don't gatekeep Do not gatekeep or test the purity of people’s faith. There is a difference between cultural appropriation and revivals and reconstructions of dead religions.
• Do not proselytize. If people want to come to your religion, they will. We define proselytism as "to recruit or convert, especially to a new faith, institution, or cause." Making your case for your "faith, institution, or cause," is one thing. It is another to bother people after they ask you to stop.
• Keep on topic. Please try to keep discussions in the right channels. Moderation will ask you to move if the need arises.
• Respect privacy. You should refrain from harassing users through PM, disclosing information considered confidential (such as posting private conversations), adding others without permission, or breaching privacy through doxxing, etc.
• Observe the principle of charity. The principle of charity is recommended to facilitate good conversations. Being charitable means interpreting a speaker's statements in the most rational way possible and, in the case of any argument, considering its best, strongest possible interpretation while avoiding attributing irrationality, logical fallacies, or falsehoods to the others' statements, when a coherent, rational interpretation of the statements is available.
This is not a group centered around debate. This is a group geared toward community, education, and spirituality. This is not a place for attacking members or playing gotcha games. Discussion with disagreement and respect is cool. Trolling is not.
