It was an absolute chaos, the police? They were simply overwhelmed about the sheer number of reports and calls, each day people were getting themselves in trouble but unlike many believed this was only the start of Korea's worst era, one of violence and drugs, murder and assaults . . . The era of delinquency.

During these times it is up to you to stand atop, to make sure that you survive, to make sure that no one will have the balls to stand in front of you! What are you waiting for? Come and make yourself known !
