THE PLOT:
A decade after a long, arduous territory war with the rogues, the four clans have recovered, and have returned to their normal ways of coexistence while licking their wounds and padding about their camps. Everything seems well and good, an air of expected peace falling over the once-weary forest clans.

Then, with all the noise of an owl's flight, the stars suddenly vanished without a trace, without a word. No dreams. No signs. Nothing.

Fear spreads like wildfire as strange new things begin to occur. Since when did cats with no connection to StarClan start having strange dreams? Why were cats bleeding when there were no fights? And what was this new illness spreading, killing off cats one by one? There is little time to answer as everyone wonders if they were abandoned by their ancestors. Now, the clans must set aside old grudges and work together to uncover what happened to StarClan, before their fragile peace shatters for good.
