After Shadow and Robotnik sacrificed themselves to save earth, the hero trio, Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, returned back to their home, with Tom fully recovered.

Shadow and Robotnik both survived however, but are presumed to be dead.

Metal Sonic’s has arrived though during this time period, and their main goal is to take out the hero, known as the blue blur, and prove to be the superior Sonic.

Amy Rose ventured here, her main goal is to help Sonic take down these robots before they take over and destroy all of humanity.
