﹒We're a new server designed for folk with chronic mental or emotional conditions, limited or stuck at home trying to reach out to others who might understand. the aim of this server is to build a safe community for those struggling or feeling "stuck" in life to have a space they can simply breathe in and find comfort in the company of people in the same or similar boats. Whether it be anxiety to physical disability, inner child healers or other minded individuals you are welcome to our corner of the internet.

﹒achievement channels to share what you're proud of, either in the week or the long run
﹒weekly goals you can set and be checked in on if your looking for accountability or motivation
