The IRON MASK is a brutal bandit–mercenary group operating in rural areas far outside active war zones. They use a mix of old Soviet gear, scavenged equipment, and heavy Atlyn-style helmets, giving them a crude, industrial look. Faces are usually hidden, reinforcing their reputation for intimidation and anonymity.

They work purely for profit. Iron Mask takes contracts from anyone willing to pay—criminal groups, warlords, smugglers, or corrupt officials. Their jobs include raids on settlements, armed robberies, convoy ambushes, contract fighting, and intimidation. They also scavenge abandoned zones for weapons, armour, fuel, and supplies to keep themselves equipped.

Iron Mask is known for extreme violence and efficiency and relying on fear to control territory.
