Decades ago, scientists established a research facility on a remote island, and disappearing in the tracks of World War II, they worked in secret to create a creature of their own that was perfect for covering their needs. But the facility went awry, and safety was breached by someone unknown. The creatures were freed to follow their violence-based instincts, and the island was slowly reclaimed by nature.

Nearly a century later, in modern times, a ship crashes and sinks, with its survivors washing up on the island’s shore. Strangers are forced to work together to survive, but the deeper they search, the more they find about the island’s true history. With no communication or resources, how will they prevail against a place that defies the logic of nature? … Do these failed experiments still live?
