Exclusive, hateful, and possibly dangerous

Im going to try to make this as short as possible.I may leave out other important things but I will try to cover most of the important stuff.
I have been friends with the mods/active people in this server for a while now, and I recently made the decision to leave based off of the treatment of myself and others, as well as their stances on various things. For starters, this server and all adjacent servers that the mods make are extremely exclusive when it comes to relationships. I've noticed during my time there that I was consistently ignored as well as others, in favor of the mods/friends of mods. It made me very uncomfortable.
Another thing that I noticed is that after I left, I have gotten multiple accounts of the mods being very concerning with their beliefs and actions. For one, slurs of all kinds are RAMPANT in this server, with mods having racial and homophobic slurs in their names. I would be fine with this if not for the sheer amount of it. Despite them claiming to be able to reclaim the slurs, they do not use it in a reclaiming way. Instead they often call each other the words in a playfully or straight up pure derogatory way, using it as an insult whether serious or not.
I have been made aware that the mods of this server are okay with proshippers and paraphile in their server and defend it on occasion. Im unsure on their stance about the contact with paraphilia, but even if it was anti-c, it's still problematic that these people encourage the normalization of such horrible things such as pedophilia, zoophilia and incest amongst other things.
All in all I do not believe this is a safe space for any traumatized invidiuals, which is ironic considering their focus on systems. I find it extremely gross how these people portray and glorify such disgusting acts.
