Hello, uhh, i did a little observing and noticed that there is only like - one recent review, so.. id figure i should also throw my own out for people to see. Similarly to falcons own review, Ive also been here for a LONG, LONG time, since the server began, and so i think i can give people a good idea of how the server is like.

COMMUNITY AND OVERALL MANAGEMENT - 3/5

POSITIVES: The community here is absolutely LOVELY. very cool people, you almost never find a server with people as cool on the ones on here, and the server is for the most part, VERY ACTIVE. Tons of artists, people in ..'VC' 90% of the time (they are there with a TTS bot, maybe a few people aren't muted) and you'll almost never find this server inactive. Do note - out of the 171 members, at the moment.. around 25-30 of them are actually 'active', so the server might not be as big as it first appears. Staff are pretty responsive and are pretty responsible when it comes to managing the server.

NEGATIVES: If your an EXTREMELY sensitive person.. being honest, this server might not be for you community wise. Trust me when i say it - the community great and most sensitive people shouldn't/don't have a problem here, but, for some it may still be a bit too much. Light gore art is semi-common and some of the certain members/staff can be blunt about what they say when they say it.

As falcon's review said, i mean this respectfully. The owner himself is a honestly good person who took care in the creation of the server, but he can be VERY immature at times, and can take things either way too seriously or.. not seriously enough. Just be sure to be patient when interacting around him - and like i said, he IS A GOOD PERSON, this isn't to slander him, this is just being honest.

ROLEPLAY OVERALL 4/5

POSITIVES: A Bible worth of really good lore (If you have the time, READ IT! i mean it, its some really well constructed lore), a plethora of pretty well designed roleplay systems with a great level of flexibility while keeping things fair and guidelines are pretty rational. There are also lots, and i mean LOTS of cool and unique characters to interact with! A good chunk (90%) of the roleplayers here also AREN'T one-liners, albeit, message lengths do vary so mirroring is advised for most roleplays.

NEGATIVES: To preface the negatives part of this, IF YOU DON'T LIKE READING, YOU WON'T LIKE THIS SERVER. TRUST ME. its not a horrible amount of it, but there is a lot of reading required to just submit a character. Now, with that said, its greatest strength - its systems can also be a BIG hindrance for certain people, me included at times. these systems are good for the most part and absolutely help the server overall, but when your trying to create a character (OR, MULTIPLE), it can get actually ridiculously tedious to juggle all the different systems and do the math correctly for some of the required systems. Believe me, its worth having these systems around as they improve lore by a lot but if you don't feel like going through the minor hassle.. this might not be for you.

There isn't very many other complaints regarding roleplay on my end, but roleplay activity can be.. pretty few and far between. Most RP occurs on shitpost roleplay or otherwise the uncannon RP channels and actual cannon channels move slowly most of the time, atleast regarding active roleplay requests sometimes its full of people looking to RP, other times it isn't.

MISC EXTRAS:
Drama can happen sometimes, which is a normal thing, but the problem is - with this server, when it DOES happen its often contained VERY POORLY, and it usually impacts the server in a pretty bad way for a while. if you can't handle that.. i wouldn't advise joining this server.

Pretty amazing server in my opinion, it just takes a bit of getting used too. Probably will update this review in the future if things change though or otherwise

Letting you know that all the other reviews by the time of making this, were made when the server was first posted to disboard. I've been around the server since it was first made, so I'd like to think I half know what I'm babbling about.

Positives
1. A rather active server, especially the artists. I wouldn't say most of the 168 members are active or do anything, but that's pretty much a given in big servers like this, aside from the 20 bots that make the server look bigger than it is.

2. Great lore if you read through it, with power systems that'll allow you to make most of your ideas you come up with. Lore maker is willing to add lore made by the community which lets you do extra stuff

3. Reasonable guidelines. Besides the usual stuff, you just have to ping staff whenever you start a canon rp. I'm pretty sure they're in the process of adding a rule where you have to make your own reference (or respectfully ask a nice artist)

Negatives
1. Petty drama isn't a "what if it happens?", it's a "when will it happen?". From my experience it affects the server and its members a lot too and is not really contained in the slightest. If you can't handle it, definitely not the server for you.

2. I mean this respectfully and factually, the owner currently is young and hasn't been in a good headspace for a while. Do not expect a mature and collected owner; it's best to be patient when talking to him, and he will get frustrated if you compare his lore or power systems to stuff.

4. Submissions are troubling to get through. Most likely you'll have to read a little or all of the lore to get started, but considering the amount there is, if you're a slow reader it might take you like half of your day or more. I personally didn't have an issue with it but I know a lot of members do. Another thing is that there's a stat system (or, tier system, as the owner calls it). It's basically a point system where you can put a certain amount of 'tiers' into stats of your choosing, or lower other tiers to bring others higher, with stuff like traits, religions and bloodlines to give you temporary or permanent buffs. Now for a good amount of people this isn't a problem, but if you're anything like me or others, this'll quickly become problematic as if you try to submit a good amount of characters, it'll quickly become tedious and time consuming as you have to write everything for your character then do the whole tier system, which can be even more problematic depending on the character. From what I've seen, the most active submission reviewer will ask you to say where you put all your tiers and specify all the buffs from bloodines and traits, etc. This is not stated to be required anywhere.

5. Status of RP. For a lot of people this may be a big one. Outside of roleplay the server is active, yes. There's decently sized vcs pretty much every day (I'll pop in every once and a while too) where people play games, talk about art or their characters. In roleplay, well, way more roleplay happens in the uncanon/s**tpost channels, while canonical roleplay is a lot less active. Stuff still happens in it and so roleplay isn't dead, but it's like using an iron pickaxe while your friend uses a diamond hoe on unwatered crops. The roleplay events have a very bad track record right now of suddenly stopping and being unfinished or being messy. A surprise bonus though, most roleplayers are not one liners, although their writing lengths vary so mirrors do best.

Most of these negatives depend on your preference or can be fixed within time, the only reason I went into detail more about the negatives than the positives was because they're more specific situations. I've been in this server for months now so I figured I'd give a proper review. I encourage you to give your own review if you stay a bit, because everyone has their own preferences.

Edit; it's come to my attention harassment against individuals has been happening behind closed doors. I don't find much worth in the server now, personally.
