This is also known as a "Calleen Palace"

In the Late of 1978, SCP Foundation have detected the source of the Crystal named Azurite.
The Azurite Crystal is not like normal but it is amplified sources that can use as a Energy Sources. The 05 Councils have decided to use it for their own benefits to power up their main supply in the whole facility without needing backup powers from the other city or towns.

In March 27, 1979, The Construction of the Site 8528 Facility has started. Further Research has begun to the Azurite Crystals. The Construction was Massive and Underground was being built.
In 1984, The Construction of the Site 8528 was completed, while the cave system is still on going.
The Operation in that facility was successful.
