When the Paradox Prism split, surely nothing else could go wrong once it was fixed, right? Well, there was one thing Sonic and Shadow forgot.

The Chaos Emerald.

It had to end up somewhere after it fell into the Void, and that somewhere happened to be outside the Shatterverse. Unfortunately, there's a reason why there's only 7 Chaos Emeralds. As the energy from that Emerald disrupted the balance of Chaos Energy within that dimension, causing the Emerald to tear holes in the fabric of space as it tried to make its way back.

This caused disruptions across the multiverse.

What kind of disruptions?
