✶　　　⎯⎯ clinging to the remnants of society with a scarred hand, the united states government issues the order for several hundred planes to depart from various airports across the country, with them, the greatest hope for a comeback. but what good is that last ditch effort, when one of the planes fails to arrive at the intended destination?

✶　　　⎯⎯ as the pressure of survival rises and civilization’s fate becomes increasingly uncertain, the race to adapt to the new world takes dominance over the morality of the past. but not everyone has accepted the current truths of their situation, and power is fickle when placed in the hands of mankind.
