If you are looking for a community where concerns about sexism are taken seriously, this probably is not the place.
I left this server after watching moderators dismiss a discussion that openly framed women’s clothing as responsible for men’s thoughts and mental struggles. The issue was not simple attraction — it was the repeated argument that women should restrict their freedom to make men more comfortable.
What made the experience worse was the moderation response. Instead of addressing concerns, they treated reporting it as the bigger problem and removed me from the channel instead. That says a lot about the environment they want to maintain.
A server does not need to ban every controversial opinion, but when moderators are more bothered by someone objecting to misogynistic rhetoric than by the rhetoric itself, it creates a culture where those ideas become normalized.
