Great Server... But

I've been in this server for a couple of months now (On a throwaway), the lore is great, the organization & community is fun... But, it's sadly one of those mod RP servers... With a hint of members, if you're looking to RP with people its more than likely not going to happen, and the mods stick to their groups, so that's out of the question. And the rules are... Inconsistent? The rules state that people should not abuse Fc's, yet a mod has 200 face claims reserved... all from mainstream games as well, so I'm not going to say this is a bad server... The premise, setup, etc is awesome. But there are a lot of internal issues that need to be fixed.
