Welcome to The Scourge.

This is a discord server for persecutors in plural systems of all origins. Persecutors are headmates that damage the system, its relationships, the body, etc. Persecutors are often treated horribly and we decided to make this space as an area for us to be ourselves without the constant ridicule and discrimination we face.

Most persecutor servers are DID/OSDD system only, but this server is accepting of all origins. That includes endogenic systems--you are all welcome here.

Please keep in mind that this server is:
- Friendly toward systems of all kinds.
If you disagree with endogenic systems, quoigenic systems, tulpas or soulbonds, this is not the server for you. We will not tolerate any harassment or invalidation.

- Blacklist free.
We have found that using a blacklist limits conversation topics. We do try to change topics whenever something possibly triggering comes up, and we have specific channels to talk about those sorts of topics in, but we don’t have a set-in-stone blacklist.

- Opinion diverse.
Many different people with many different opinions reside here and we wish to be inclusive for all. There may be people you disagree with here, but this is not the server to argue their beliefs. Regardless of the diversities in the religious and political views within this server, we still do not tolerate homophobia, transphobia, etc.

The Nook is an 18+ server for sysmates labeled as "problematic," - such as persecutors, sexual alters, and fictives and factives who are often banned - and their systems. It’s a support server and a safe place for those who are othered elsewhere.

Our threshold for problem causing is higher than in certain styles of system server, especially all-ages ones, so long as you& are trying to improve. However, we take fostering a safe environment seriously. This is also not the place for infighting and identity discourse.
