Assalām-ʿAlaykum Wa-Rahmatullāhi Wa-Barakātuhu (May Peace, Allāh's Mercy and His Blessings be upon you)!
This server is based upon the “Shāfiʿī Madhhab | المذهب الشافعي” and it's aim is to spread awareness about Sayyid al-Fuqahāʾ Muhammad Ibn Idrīs al-Shāfiʿī (رضي الله تعالى عنه) and his Madhhab. The purpose of the server revolves around the concept of “al-Halaqah (الحلقة)”, that is to spread knowledge among the Muslim ummah. The Halaqah(s) throughout the Islamic history have played a key role in the rapid spread of knowledge, from the times of our Master Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) himself till our times. The ultimate goal is to attain the Pleasure of the Lord of the Worlds, The All Hearing, The All Seeing (سبحانه وتعالى).
Master of both worlds Prophet Muḥammad(صلى الله تعالى عليه وآله وسلم) is reported to have said, “Do not abuse Quraysh, for there will come a scholar from them whose knowledge will encompass the earth.”
Imām Aḥmad said, “I do not know of anyone that proved to be more beneficial to Islām in the times of Imām Al Shāfi'ī than he himself.”
Imām Abū Bakr Ibn Mujāhid said, “Whoever wants the best of affairs, then he should follow the Fiqh of Imām al-Shāfiʿī.”
