October 10th 2012 was the stepping stone for a changing world. The day Oliver Queen was found in the North China Sea, the day that, in another lifetime, started a movement that affected the entire world, an Age of Heroes. Now, in this New Earth, stories are beginning anew on that same fateful day. But with this new Earth, there will be more than who were once called the World’s Finest, as well as more dangers hiding in the world, waiting for them. But no matter who arises on either side…

The Age of Heroes is upon us once more.

Welcome to Dare to Defy: The Beginning! This server is heavily inspired by one made by a friend of mine that sets up a post-Crisis world meant to tap further into the open potential left by a reconstructed Earth without the pre-Crisis histories overshadowing it. But as opposed to picking up where the world left off, here we’re starting from the day it all began and going forward from there, while leaving room for the other heroes to begin their stories as well (i.e Flash, Supergirl, Black Lightning, etc.), including DC heroes who may not have taken lead roles in the shows or even appeared directly. If you’re interested, stop by, poke around, and if you like it feel free to try your hand in the story or just stick around to chat.
