It's weird that they say they're only letting 18+ people in since children are victims of abuse too and especially children need a group like this. Also, recommending crisis lines just like that is bad. They are operate by the state, so they are abusive and they have been abusive towards me. It makes no sense to call your abusers for help. Also, this server says that they don't want to handle crises and instead recommend you to seek "professionals" (=more abusers), so this is just a trap that redirects you to more abuse
