Despite having a "Fem only" chat this server is not safe for Women

So just a preface, but I joined this server after leaving The Vegan Underworld server because they were making sexist jokes about "B****** needing to stay in the kitchen" and when i brought it up in chat there the admin and a number of users all made more jokes about women belonging or not belonging in the kitchen. I ended up leaving soon after.
Turns out - the person that made the joke is a mod (or ex-mod now?) in The Vegan Dating Lounge. On top of that not long after I left that server and joined this one a number of users from The Vegan Underworld server there migrated here so maybe they realized their shit was whack and left? idk. anyway. Not exactly comfortable being in the voice chat with them after that whole situation.
I made a big introduction post in The Vegan Dating Lounge with pictures and everything really putting myself out there and one of those users inappropriately responded to my Introduction listing and no action was taken by the mods. This was a dating oriented server so it's already intimidating as someone who is a woman and has experienced online stalking before so you would think there would be extra care taken. (I also recently learned that apparently there was a situation where some people met up after meeting on this server and it turned out one of them was abusive... and the admins did nothing to address it in the server and totally blew it off. Like WHAT? we continue.)
In my introduction I had stated how important the power of language is and in my intro briefly went over a number of things like the word B**** being sexist and speciesist as well as a few other problematic words like w**** and s*** being basic slurs against women. This person messaged me asking for more explanation about the feminist reasonings and when I responded with a paragraph of carefully spoilered statements and terms they responded to me without spoilering any of the inappropriate sexual subject matter as well as explaining in physical detail that a male can't help but be aroused when looking at a woman. I reported this to the admins and no action was taken in the following month and half I was there or so. It seemed like it was treated very much like "boys will be boys" as the user was popular with the staff and last I checked that same user still frequents the voice chat.
Would not recommend unless they restructure. This happened about 5-6 months ago. Thanks.
