Staring at the clear sky, you're able to see flocks of birds flying high, as well as Angels chattering amongst themselves. Avians are perched high up on branches in trees, and looking down slightly, you're able to see an Orc trying to gently shoo them down.
Starfall, in a world full of hatred for non-humans, is a well-renowned city for having equality between Non-humans -- 'monsters', as society labels them -- magic users, & humans. Or at least, that's what the mayor claims..
Cracks aren't shown in the media, but any citizen who's been in Starfall long enough can tell you, "Don't trust what they say". They, the twisted government of Starfall, claim the city is safe, that it supports the idea of equality; but that's only on the surface.
Images are important, and all the worst cities veil their truths with grandiose lies. Starfall is no different. Starfall, despite its claims of an equal future, has never made a real move to help or support their "monster" population. Healthcare, jobs & homes are still difficult for them to come by.
And as if the faked equality between humans and "monsters" wasn't enough, there are obsessive people. They're all around with no need to hide in the crime-addled city, looking for their Valentines. They're what the world has dubbed as "yanderes". Obsessive, lovesick people who are devoted to their 'true loves' -- the apple of their eye. Willing to do anything in the name of love.
A city muddled with blood, lies, & obsessive 'love', will you survive?
Remember, what stays in the city - doesn't leave.
