I was a member from late 2024 to early 2026, mod for several months of that time, and came back. I wanted to leave this as an honest review for those looking for an online community like I was. Like all reviews, good or bad, take it with a healthy amount of salt.

Firstly, and the thing I'm most disappointed in, is the fact I learned from mods chatting to members in the server that they have passed the allowance of AI. As an artist, writer- a creative, the fact the team promotes AI is both disgusting and an insult to any gods with a creative domain. "I'm not creative" is not an excuse. Creativity is a skill. Learn it instead of using tools that steal from those who took the time to do so.The mods constantly ask for volunteers, as well. However, they expect professional grade work for free. Since they're pro AI why even bother? I was vocal in my disagreement of such a policy, and how it would affect the server. But I was in the minority. It was an unspoken reason as to why I left the mod team.

Not that the team really interacts with the server anyway other than asking for help constantly. Their main focus was always content of some kind, to the point they barely interacted with the community unless it was to stop an issue (the only mod who did interact and befriend the community left). The mod team itself is filled with people who are essentialy members with a fancy color, as several barely say anything in the server or even speak up with matters are brought to their attention. Speaking of issues, the team doesn't really hold troublemakers accountable as they allow members who use slurs or beat others down for being beginners go with little or no real consequences. The owner also doesn't really hold the team accountable, either.

Another thing to add, mods in training (during my time) were told to write a good review for the server by the owner. Most likely to boost rating, but now I can not trust the ratings here on disboard (not that they would change my rating anymore). It's a bit of a red flag as it can put pressure to not give an honest review (I myself am example of this, as my original review was very different from this one).

A bigger red flag, however, is the fact the owner is wanting minors as part of the team—while still expecting professional grade behavior and work. The owner has a NSFW section of the server for adults that is role blocked from minors, but simply tells mods that are minors to ignore that section. This loophole shows a lack of actual concern over keeping minors safe from more adult discussions. For a server such as this, minors should not even be considered for the moderator role.


If you don't mind a basically dead server that you can pinch free pdfs from, then by all means exploit that.

If you don’t mind the pro AI, go ahead.

If you want a genuinely active and welcoming community to be in, you're better off trying elsewhere.

If you want a community in the form of an actual church, try Hellenion. They are the first established church of reconstructionalist Hellenism in the US to my knowledge, and they do have their own server.

People in the server are super kind and fun, the server many stuff to teach you about less known religions like: eclecticism, paganism, hellenism, etc.
