We’re thrilled to have you here in our global adoptee-only community! Adoptees Unite (AU) is a social organization dedicated to supporting adoptees through peer connection, advocacy, and intentional spaces for healing and growth.

What We’re About:
Our community centers adoptees of all identities, experiences, and backgrounds. As a social organization and support space, we explicitly challenge systems of oppression—including racism, capitalism, colonialism, ableism, and more—while uplifting marginalized voices within the adoptee community.

This is your space to connect with others who truly understand the complexities of adoption, to share your story, and to collectively explore topics like identity, mental health, and belonging.

Equity and Inclusion: We honor intersectionality and center voices from adoptees of color, LGBTQIA2S+ adoptees, disabled adoptees, and others impacted by systemic oppression.
Anti-Oppression: Hate speech, microaggressions, and discriminatory behavior are not tolerated. We believe in holding ourselves accountable and committing to growth.
Confidentiality and Consent: Our stories belong to us. Respect and protect the privacy of others in this space.

We are an adoptee-only support group. Please do not join if you are an adoptive parent (AP), considering adoption, an adoption community ally, or anything other than an adoptee. This is for the safety and privacy of our members.
