**About Us**
Established in 2016, Naval Special Warfare Group 1 has nearly a decade of experience delivering an authentic and immersive MILSIM experience in ARMA 3. We are a close-knit unit dedicated to evolving our tactics, training, and operations in alignment with real-world doctrine. Led and run by an Active Duty Service Member.

**Selection Process**

Our selection process is meant to weed out those who are not made for the environment present and do not have the mindset we require. Training materials are based on real-world materials and continuous AARs from ourselves. Training pipelines are long, rigorous and scrutinizing to realistically (within the confines of ARMA) portray the stakes and pressure it takes to be and stay in the group. Selection is based on gentlemen's rules where you are free to leave if it is not for you. You will be challenged in every step of the way and we are looking for those that have what it takes.

**Entry Requirements**
Age 17+ (Exceptions can be made for maturity)
A Legal copy of ARMA 3
You must read, speak, and write in fluent English
Functional microphone and stable internet
