My stance on the server.

I don't really review servers I'm in w/o having being an active/engaged member within it and seeing general areas where I can improve.
The server has been up for a few weeks now, and from my perspective there hasn't been a lot of progress yet. The Hashira tournament and Kizuki meeting have been ongoing for much of that time, which has left regular members with relatively few opportunities to interact or do much.
While there are OCs, I've also noticed that the roleplay request ping often receives little or no response, which can make it difficult for people to get involved.
I think a cleanup of inactive members could help improve engagement. I also think Aether has been contributing a lot to keeping the server active and would make a strong candidate for potentially replacing the current owner.
Finally, I think being a bit more flexible with events and creating opportunities for the wider player base to participate could help keep the server feeling active and encourage more interaction.
