My name is Connor.

A few years ago, I wasn't the person I wanted to be. I struggled with fitness, my mental health, discipline, confidence, and my finances. I spent too much time making excuses and not enough time taking ownership of my life.

Everything started to change when I stopped blaming my circumstances and started taking responsibility for my actions. I realized nobody was coming to save me. If I wanted a better body, a better mindset, better finances, and a better future, I had to earn it.

Iron Lab was built from that mindset.

This isn't just another fitness server.

Iron Lab is a community for people who want more from themselves. A place where men and women can improve their health, build discipline, create better habits, become financially smarter, and hold themselves accountable.

I am not here because I have all the answers.
