‣ This a humanstuck AU set in the present year of 2026. That means all the non-human races (trolls, cherubs, etc) are humans, and humans… are also humans. You get it.

‣ Sburban Jungle is a community that doesn’t care about someone’s tax bracket, as they have homes for all. From shoebox studios on the lower floors all the way to two penthouses spanning the entire top two floors, there is something for everyone.

‣ Outside, there’s a dog run for pups, a playground for the kiddos, and an extra large aquatic area sporting a pool (with a slide!), a jacuzzi, and even a splash pad for the little ones. Seating areas both within the pool grounds and around the small park are fitted with grilling stations to cookout.

‣ Inside, there is a fully equipped gym, a conference room in a study area, a clubhouse lounge, and even a small cafe in the center lobby.

‣ Your muse is included in a group chat with other residents, where different community happenings can be discussed. It’s an “unofficial” group chat, meant for connecting members over local news, maintenance concerns, general questions, etc. *Meant* being the key word!
