Moonshire is an awesome community filled with amazing people that I love interacting with every time I'm on the server. Everyone is incredibly helpful when you're starting out, especially the staff team when they are on. I haven't joined an SMP since 2023 and joining Moonshire reminded me of how much fun playing with others is.

Don't listen to the other review that's been put on this server. The past commenter was clearly banned for continuing to make several community members uncomfortable, me being one of them. The owners and mod team were quick to act upon these allegations after being given evidence, and I'm forever grateful. After coming from servers in which mod teams actually abused their power and sided with problematic people within the community, it was a breath of fresh air seeing the staff team doing something about this.

Pretty nice...until suddenly they are not.

I gotta say the first few days we're fun.
But then the owners went borderline psycho, they banned me and took all my MC items, and everyone I became friends with over a week and a half quickly unfriended me and blocked me without any conversation or explanation why. I feel like this community could be better, but its extremely gatekeeping that has made me rethink if I even want to be on a Minecraft SMP.
If you still want to join, Id go out of my way to not interact with anyone at moderation level, and to be very careful who you hang around. Those who seem friendly may not really be.

Hey there Nato. You know why you were banned - you were given a reason when banned on the minecraft server, but I am happy to explain it to you here.

You were harassing a few people, with sexual comments and unwanted flirtatious advances, being told to stop multiple times by a member of our mod team. When being told to stop, you took it upon yourself to not only continue this behaviour, but direct it towards other people too. You, a 28 year old, were flirting with several 18-20 year old women, of which two made it very clear you were making them uncomfortable.

You also proceeded to laugh at, make comments about, and bounce jokes off of very clearly racist and antisemitic jokes - which we are dealing with the original person separately - which you KNOW is not allowed in our server.

You then proceeded, on this alt account, to join our server for 5 days just to leave this review. You broke several of our rules several times, hence you being banned. I hope this clears up any questions you had as to why you were banned.
