a lot have changed since the final battle, it's been a year but so much happened. The hamato brothers took it upon themselves and built an undercity in the abandoned canals for the lost and broken rejected by society, seeing as krang's impact have made a lot of stray mutants and the arrival of aliens some innocent some less. The 4 brothers are running the scenes between these walls, filled with civilization of the abandoned, obviously leading to crimes even down there.
