After a long struggle living in his birth pack, **Cherimoya** set out with **Kerberos** and **Orthrus** to create a new one. Despite their brief partnership, Cherimoya decided to fine a new mate in another male named **Tatanka.** They settled in the valleys and ravines of La Brea, to spite the mountains that Monticola called their own.

Welcome to **Venticola**, A black backed jackal based hyperrealism, branched off from Monticola. Instead of taking inspiration from the mountains and pines, Venticola takes after the windy valleys and broadleaved trees.

Venticola means~ Venticola is a Latin-derived epithet meaning "wind-dwelling" or "inhabiting windy areas," originating from ventus (wind) and cola (dweller). The individuals of Venticola are often Restless and free-spirited, they embody and embrace the wind’s unpredictability.
