Welcome to Perlshaw! A urban town set in 1921 England, founded in 1860 by Humbert Palmer; an Irish immigrant looking for an escape after the famine. He began forming a community of other Irish immigrants while formulating his secret work behind the closed doors of his lab. On May 13, 1892, Palmer disappeared from his home. An investigation was conducted, but no evidence was found. He took none of his belongings, and the house smelled of rotting, decaying flesh. Once Palmer had disappeared, more people looking to build factories began coming in. What followed was people looking for work. Now, and the town is separated into two:

The elites
living on the Northside of Perlshaw, they sit with their cups full and their shoes shined. The upper class who own the factories, businesses, and are rich enough not to have to think about anything other than their own lives.

The Eastbourne
Remnants of the true community of Perlshaw are the working class. Employed to work in the Elites' factories, as cleaners, or in their homes. The conditions are hard, dirty, and most nights, money is tight, and they are forced to watch as their bosses pick from the fruits of their labor.
