There is a hidden plague amidst humanity, a throbbing mass of puss and bile waiting to pop atop the Old World. Natural and man made destruction looms over the horizons with no one knowing when it will arrive at their doorsteps. However at our moment of desperation the world has opened up her jaws and presented us with new lands to conquer and claim for the powers of the Old World.

However, escape does not come quickly it is the duty of you lucky few men and women of science, culture and commerce to sail across the vast expanse, meet foreign cultures and report back whatever information you can find all for your employers at Nü-Gauden Trade Company. These new lands can only be beckoned in by a newly constructed vessel, the best the company is willing to pay for, The Peliope
