"no disrespectful or bigoted behavior safe space" server posts an announcement literally just telling an entire group of people they don't exist, saying it's "harmful". why? well because tiktok had used this very small group of people as the new bullying target. as well as morphing other people's term into something it's not, people were also being generally intolerant. i will bring up quotes from some of those videos "if you're one of those special little snowflakes who thinks they're different for having a complex personality" "and their only source is a carrd (comment section)." i will also like to bring up a sentence from the announcement "please do research into what you're feeling" it is incredibly invasive and dangerous to just tell someone they're mentally ill and act as if you know what's going on inside their head and they don't. this is NOT okay and should not be normalized. before this i was kicked for venting about the hate i was receiving for my identity with no explanation. i don't believe this was done out of malice but rather a mistake, i hope the server learns from this and does better in the future.

Hello, i actually recently made a response to my first claim but i think it's especially important that you hear this. I am extremely sorry for the take i made originally about the polymind community. Not only was it disrespectful, it was bullying, unneccessary and lacked context.

When i first heard about this term on TikTok, i did research on it before i said anything at all. That doesn't change the fact that i was still spreading misinformation and denying the terms existance all together, i simply state these things for context.

In no way do i think or believe you deserve to be bullied or harassed for your identity, what you were quoting is exactly that and is exactly what i did as well. When i made this announcement i thought i was spreading awareness about something potentially harmful but i myself WAS being harmful.

When i mentioned doing research into what you were feeling, i in no way intended it to be "You're mentally ill, you need to hyperfixate on exactly whats wrong with you and maybe you'll figure it out". However with the context above that, i can see how what i said would absolutely be perceived that way. Therefore making that statement invasive regardless. I take full accountabillity for this.

None of these things were okay, i will not attempt to make excuses for this. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
