It’s been a year since my presence has been made in Gotham. I’m seen as a myth, a creature of the night. Most of the police are against me but with Jim’s help they don’t pursue. The streets are still filthy. The Biggest Crime families still run rampant in the streets and I can’t shake the feeling that things are only getting worse. My impact on this city has to be stronger, I have to be stronger. The scum of this city will know true fear every night when they see that signal shine in the sky. The warning that The Batman is lurking in the shadows watching over the entire city.
