It’s the year 201 of the fourth era of Tamriel
The harshly beautiful land of Skyrim is torn by war, brother fighting against brother for the causes of the Stormcloaks and the Empire. The Stormcloaks, led by Ulfric Stormcloak, see their cause as righteous, fighting against a weak, humiliated empire that stripped them of the right to worship their beloved Talos and bent the knee to the brutal Thalmor. While the Empire sees the Stormcloaks as traitors, abandoning them in their time of need. The raging war has spread to every corner of the land, making it all but impossible for anyone to remain neutral.
To make things worse, the dragons have returned to the harsh land, sowing chaos and destruction in their wake. And vampires have destroyed the Hall of the Vigilants and attack the innocent everywhere they can, which does not bode well for the future. Skyrim needs heroes, to stop this chaos and restore the land to peace.

Difficult to navigate

Wayyyy way too many channels and docs to go through, arbitrary limitations, and even simple characters take forever to get approved if you're not a mod or their friends. You will see the mods RPing and sit on submissions for days and days without looking at them

The server lore and character sheets might seem intimidating at first, but there are always people (both mods and other fellow chatters) who are ready to help out and answer all the questions that you have. Members are very nice to talk to as well!
A lot of lore-related stuff that is backed up by canon, which is really nice. It is sometimes a pain to navigate but you get used to it after a bit. There's a section on fishing. Where else can you canonically make your oc go fishing. That's right. Nowhere. Join the server and let's go fishing together

Cliquish and hostile

A significant portion of the mod/admin team often pile on and act incredibly rude towards other users over objectively low stakes discussions, such as personal preferences with TES games, headcanons, and lore. It has been uncomfortable to witness. You may find value in this server if you are already an established member or not interested in such discussions.
