A different look into the server - ERP Ghosters

I'm not going to be like every other post about the staff or owners being dickheads, but something needs to be done about the ERP side with literally has it in the name.
What's the point of Writer Reviews if most of the time it's going to be a shitfest of people who are going to be negatively reviewed?
I did one myself before, but it begs the question: If the channel is meant to have "The review can be positive, or negative, like a reputation system. You can let people know if you had a really good time with them, or if it was a poor experience or they ghosted, things like that." Then what's the point of the reputation system, more importantly - where is the reputation system? It feels hollow.
What else feels hollow is the lack of moderation around roleplayers ghosting. If you see people talking about ghosting, a lot of it going down in the Writer Reviews, Rants, Drama Channels, etc. Why are you just letting it go on? If anything ghosters hurt your server because people start to get the perception that people are here for a quick wank without even setting up ERP or even outright blocking people without reason then leaving the other person hanging on the other end without consequence. There's a lot of offenders doing this and they can literally continue on without being looked at, it's horrible.
My review will not change to anything of a 5 star until something changes, a reputation system is actually implemented, or something to improve the overall ERP experience. Keep in mind there's other servers that are nearing 5 stars overall because their ERP experiences have been top notch, this so far has below half of that, and it sucks to see.
