ATTENTION!! hii my name is Kenji, I'm a queer neurodivergent youth (pushing 81 🔁 minus 2) who recently went through an eviction that Is looking for a spare room &/or basement room within the immediate DMV area and surrounding states like Delaware, PA, and upstate NY, But only under certain conditions will I go further than 2 hr 30 min radius from my Maryland hometown :'3, also needs to be LGBTQ, hrt, & 420 friendly, preferably ok with small pets or has pet(s) already

my upfront requirements are as follows:

-An 18+ willing to be in contact (whether frequently or just occasionally) with my parents/household
-'rent' of just an exchange for work/house care, free or free under conditions, or strictly capped at no more than $250 monthly for a money payment
- space to put various pieces of belongings
