Onparosu is a city in Japan that is near the ocean, it was beautiful, but ever since the dark tide rises from unknown reasons, it has became a target, residence have no choice but to hide and when all hope seems lost, people with powers decide to step in to push the tide off, the land that was corrupted long ago was unable to be purified but it's better than having nothing, the civilians continue to live on their lives peacefully within the safe zone. The mystic guardians known as the precure and salvationer protects them by defending what's left of Onparosu
However there is also a group of people that believes that the dark tides are "gods" salvation, the chaos they created also known as god's instruction are trying to remove every civilization in order for the new world to be born, they became the enemy of the mystic guardians and the creator of the dark tide entities
Well both sides are colliding constantly, there's also another group that decide to stay neutral because their duty is far more important, the clock tower that is in the middle of Onparosu it's not as innocent as it seem, what's beneath it.... It's more than just something sinister, who knows what actually hides beneath it.... The chief of the clock tower make sure that whatever it is will never comes out..... No matter the cost
