First of all, I need to appreciate the sheer amount of thought and effort put into the technical side of the server. Roles, channels, verification - they're all VERY easy to use, easy to navigate, and also aesthetically pleasing without being too cluttered. I'd say the server has plentiful channels without it being overkill and I really, really appreciate the middleground they took. The rules also! Very precise, straight to the point, but also covering all the fields it needs.

Now all of the technical things are over, I'd absolutely love to appreciate the people that made, run, and make the server what it is! The community! These are some of the nicest, respectful, and helpful people I've met in the writing, art and OC community. I've actually felt the connection bloom when I met and talked with everyone here. They're all wonderful people.

In the department of writing and art, people have given EXTENSIVE feedback to your work (a very good thing of course). Everyone cares about each other's work so much that it really does feel like the growing community it is. I've personally never given this much feedback or help to others (not that I didn't want to, I never got the chance to) and I always feel like I'm contributing to the community as well - it's a big friend group where we give each other feedback, scream together, and make each other feel like we (and our work) actually matter.

It IS just a big friend group (not a bad thing) and twist!! - everyone can plop in anytime. They were so welcoming when I came in, I immediately felt like I fit in so well. I love this place! New members are quick to be included, and the space is one big loving home. If you need a place to receive honest and constructive opinions on your work, you’ll love it too! I’m not too active myself, but it makes me very happy to see such a positive space for all my friends!

this is, no joke, the first art and writing community i've ever joined that genuinely feels like a big, welcoming friend group. from the moment i arrived, people immediately invited me into conversations and helped me come out of my shy, anxious shell. i've met so many interesting people from different places, which makes the space feel incredibly diverse and alive.

for creatives, the server also has a really solid feedback system that encourages thoughtful, constructive criticism. members are open and supportive when it comes to helping each other improve, both in art and writing. theres a weekly writing challenge that can be contributed to anonymously as well, along with other events that keep things fun and engaging.

they're always open to improvement and invite members to participate in making the place lively, which is always nice. mods were EXTREMELY patient and helpful in guiding newcomers like me on where to go and how to do things :)

this whole server just feels like a close-knit group of creative and talented people from all walks of life. i've honestly learned a lot despite only having been here for a measly few weeks. thanks for getting me out of my 3 month long art block and major depression 11/10 never regretted joining <3
