# Foggy Horizons

Foggy Horizons is a semi-custom earth 1990s NRP. Theres not much else to it than that, just a classic-style NRP.

* New NRPers are welcome, but please put effort instead of one liners.
* No overcomplicated "power tiers" or "tech trees" or whatever bloatware typa shit
* No semi-customs that are legit just empires or whatnot
* Semi-customs MUST be plausible, more info in RP rules
* Instead of having rules like "ok if ur in alliance you cant blah blah", we allow backstabbing and real world scenarios such as violating a treaty *cough germany* or reverse engineering purchased tech in secret, AS LONG AS YOU DONT METAGAME TO DO SO.
