Welcome to the founding of 2nd Force Reconnaissance Company, USMC!

We’re a Hell Let Loose Vietnam milsim unit built around real USMC Force Recon structure and doctrine from the Vietnam War. Officers, NCOs, Navy Corpsmen with their own rate structure, and a full chain of command modeled after the unit it’s based on.

You’ll be processed through RECONDO School our training pipeline named after the real Vietnam era school that qualified Force Recon Marines. Instead of a single day of basic training, RECONDO School covers unit orientation, movement and patrolling, reconnaissance and scouting, communications discipline, sectors of fire, squad attack, immediate action drills, and map reading — all before you’re assigned to an operational platoon.

While we build our ranks we’ll run as more of a casual play group. Once we have enough members, RECONDO School training will run regularly to make sure every Marine and Corpsman who joins is squared away before stepping into an operation. Top performers from each RECONDO class earn meritorious promotions including a special Honor Graduate distinction for the best overall performer and a class-voted Best in Class award.

The unit runs full USMC doctrine Officers, NCOs, Navy Corpsmen with their own rate structure, a Scout Sniper Section, a Special Troops Section for engineering and supply, an attached aviation detachment, and an attached Tank Platoon.
