Fallout: Factions

Hello one and all, to the apocalypse! It’s been 200 years since atomic annihilation, and people still can’t seem to kick that capitalistic fervor. Property, money, power, it’s all a fella, gal, or elsewise could want in the Wasteland, and today, you’ve got the opportunity to seize it!

Fallout: Factions takes place after the events of Fallout 4, and the game has a whole as an emphasis on world building, but is something of a nation RP, for simplicity’s sake. We like to lean on the written-lore for the series, show, and unreleased content, but are very open to creating new factions and aspects for the game- in fact, we encourage it! The Gamermaster controls some factions outright, like the “true” Enclave, for instance, or “The Calculator” from a scrapped Fallout game.

* Interactive Map
We’re using an updated version of the map posted to Reddit by u/MarcelusWalrus. The map will be consistently updated, and can be filled in by the players themselves!

* Interactive Sandbox
The Game Master will respond to all posts interacting with the world, with a narrative response from the world, whether that’s NPC’s, the environment, or just plain cause and effect, the world will react. This is akin to how a TTRPG might work.

* Open to taking on additional Game Masters!
We are open to taking on at least one or two additional Game Masters, although it’s entirely optional if people want to play the game in that capacity! Game Masters would be expected to fulfill a Dungeon Master-esc role, as described above.
