Welcome to Learning and Teaching.

This Discord server uses competence as a form of currency. You’ll be able to use it to teach others and learn whatever you want in return. The whole goal is to help everyone develop any kind of skill they’re interested in a community built around polymathy and continuous growth.

Here’s how it works:
When you teach something, you earn competence. You can then spend that competence to learn from others. It’s a self-sustaining exchange where everyone grows together.

This idea is grounded in biological and neurological principles teaching others actually helps you understand concepts more deeply and solidify your own knowledge. It’s a win–win system where learning and teaching go hand in hand!
