Founded out of a desire to create a more inclusive and accessible space, the Studebaker Blorbo Society is a response to the often gatekept and overwhelmingly boomer-dominated world of automotive clubs. Traditional car communities can be expensive, intimidating, and not always the most welcoming to queer and neurodivergent folks, especially younger ones.

The SBS exists to flip that on its head. We believe that you don’t need a license, a garage, or a budget to appreciate a beautiful car. All you need is a little affection for forgotten design, industrial oddballs, and the kind of vehicles that look like they’ve lived three separate lives and gone through gender transitions in the middle of each.
