something old, something borrowed

The small mountain town of South Park and the surrounding Park County seems... well standard isn't quite the right word. But for the most part it's a bunch of people that like blowing things out of proportion. Occasionally there's some supernatural shenanigans, but... that's neither here nor there. Regardless, by night there are waves of young adults that sweep their own and nearby cities stopping crime (or being the cause of it) with superpowers/abilities gifted to them in any myriad of ways. Some were just born with it, for others, it was Maybelline.
